We accept returns within 07 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened supplements, personal care items, and used products are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.
How to Return: Contact us via WhatsApp at the number below with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address label.
Refunds: Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
